30-day returns
If something is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Email support@apexfriend.store with your order number and what you would like to return.
- We will send you a return address and instructions.
- Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or faulty items are always put right at no cost to you — just send a photo with your message and we will replace or refund it.
